2.風味平衡：鬼齒刀盤感覺是前中後風味比較平衡，太強烈突出的部位會修飾得比較為圓潤，

而且適合中的身體基礎上口感不會太單薄，尾韻的苦澀感明顯下降，衝煮起來成功率很高很多。

但仍然有一定比例子的細粉，大部分情況可以直接衝煮不用再細粉，也不會有細粉篩過頭的問題。
